CrossFit Tantrum’s Barbell Club classes aim to improve the classic Olympic lifts. We’ve found that the most successful CrossFit athletes have built a strong technical foundation in these two lifts. Our programming follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. Our Olympic Weightlifting classes are great whether you are looking to improve your technique, proficiency, and strength, or wanting to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.
Our Youth Training classes build an athlete’s foundation. We are not focused on training one “specific sport.” We believe the athletes’ coaches should be teaching them the “how to” for their sports. We take on the fitness side, which allows our athletes to focus more on the skill or craft of their sports during season.
