ELEMENTS:

On Ramp training is mandatory for all new comers to CrossFit. This program is designed to teach new Crossfitters the 9 fundamental movements. We make this class mandatory because we want our members to be safe, while also giving them a chance to learn all the CrossFit “lingo”. No matter how sedentary or active you are On Ramp training will be a benefit to you! This program will run for 4 weeks 2 times per week and will usually begin on the 1st of each month. FREE SATURDAY (1 Time Admission): Not sure if CrossFit is for you? We say, “every accomplishment begins with the decision to try’. Our staff is very friendly and the CrossFit community, very welcoming. Give it a try we promise to take care of you!

OPEN CLASSES:

Our open classes are designed for everyone who has fully completed an On Ramp course at our box or another. If you have done CrossFit in the past and want to join our open classes contact us and one of our Lv1 Coaches will assess some of your movements and place you in the appropriate class!

 

PRIVATE SESSIONS:

We do offer private lessons, so let us know you’re interested and we will set you up!
