Teens Program Coming in 2016!

CrossFit Teen’s

Ages 7-11 

CF Teens Classes run about 50 mins and look similar to adult CrossFit classes. Teens will be using barbells, medicine balls, kettle bells, ect with correct form to maximize athletic performance. Each class offers a developmental period where skill, and technique will be taught to ensure the most out of our classes! This is great for student athletes looking to get or keep in shape for their season, or students whom would like to live a more active lifestyle. We make sure to address these 10 general physical skills: cardiovascular/ respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility,accuracy, and balance.

  • WOD
  • Mobility

*Classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:15pm See you then!!

Courses run 5 weeks long 2x per week. Starting our first session on Monday, January 11th..
