Transformations Tuesday: 10-06-15 Erica Ridley

Erica has been doing CrossFit for a little over 6 months now. She just competed in her first co-ed competition, Erica comes to CrossFit Tantrum ready to work and make some long terms gains. She follows the paleo diet and has had much success with not only nutrition but with fat loss and strength gains. Look her up on Facebook if you have any questions! Here are some words from her:

 “‪#‎TransformationTuesday‬ since starting CrossFit 6 months ago. I was still running many miles and long distances, but had put on weight. Running was hard. I remember feeling so uncomfortable the day the picture on the left was taken. It wasn’t long after that, I got sick with pneumonia, meaning no running and even more weight gain. I knew I needed a change, to try something different for my fitness, and to feel good again. So as soon as I recovered, I started CrossFit!! Then started eating following a Paleo diet a couple months later. It took a few months to fall in love with CrossFit, but am now completely hooked. I just wanted to lose some weight and get back in shape, but had no idea I’d gain so much more!! I love getting stronger, accomplishing new things, and even being scared but overcoming it! And I also never imagined I’d find such great people at CrossFit Tantrum! Love my ‪#‎CrossFitFamily‬!!”
